Volingo's audio-first design means you can build real conversational skills for your trip without sacrificing the trip itself — practice a lesson while you walk from your hotel to dinner, work through vocabulary during the layover instead of doomscrolling, or squeeze in a few minutes while you're stuck waiting for a table.

Lessons work offline(*iOS only) too, so a spotty airport wifi signal or an international data plan you're rationing won't stall your progress. You'll actually be looking up at the place you traveled to see, not down at a screen — and by the time you land, "where's the bathroom" and "how much does this cost" will already feel like muscle memory.
